主講人簡(jiǎn)介：
何煦副研究員于2007年本科畢業(yè)于北京大學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)科學(xué)學(xué)院，2012年博士畢業(yè)于威斯康星大學(xué)麥迪遜分校統(tǒng)計(jì)系。2012年起進(jìn)入中國(guó)科學(xué)院數(shù)學(xué)與系統(tǒng)科學(xué)研究院工作。何煦的研究方向包括實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)、計(jì)算機(jī)實(shí)驗(yàn)及不確定性量化，在A(yíng)nnals of Statistics，Journal of the American Statistical Association，Biometrika等雜志發(fā)表論文十余篇，曾主持國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金委優(yōu)秀青年基金、面上項(xiàng)目、青年基金。
內(nèi)容簡(jiǎn)介：
Computer simulations are programs that use mathematical models to determine the potential outcome of a particular scenario. Some complex simulations are extremely slow in computation and thus we can only afford to run the program for limited number of times. To maximize information gained from these computer trials, an efficient experimental design is desired. In this talk, we use the ice ball simulation example to show how we can obtain precise predictions from using good experimental designs.
計(jì)算機(jī)模擬是使用數(shù)學(xué)模型來(lái)確定特定場(chǎng)景的潛在結(jié)果的程序。一些復(fù)雜的模擬計(jì)算速度非常慢，因此我們只能運(yùn)行有限次數(shù)的程序。為了最大限度地從這些計(jì)算機(jī)試驗(yàn)中獲得信息，需要一個(gè)有效的實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)。本報(bào)告中，主講人用冰球模擬的例子來(lái)展示他們?nèi)绾瓮ㄟ^(guò)良好的實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)來(lái)獲得精確的預(yù)測(cè)。
