主講人簡(jiǎn)介：
戴亮，現(xiàn)任香港中文大學(xué)（深圳）經(jīng)管學(xué)院助理教授，主要研究方向?yàn)槲⒂^(guān)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)理論和金融學(xué)。于2009年在香港大學(xué)獲得經(jīng)濟(jì)金融學(xué)一級(jí)榮譽(yù)學(xué)士學(xué)位，于2015年在美國(guó)普林斯頓大學(xué)獲得經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)博士學(xué)位。2015-2023年任教于上海交通大學(xué)安泰經(jīng)濟(jì)與管理學(xué)院，先后任助理教授、副教授，2023年10月至今任香港中文大學(xué)（深圳）經(jīng)管學(xué)院助理教授。研究成果發(fā)表于Journal of Economic Theory、Review of Financial Studies等國(guó)際一流期刊，主持國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金面上項(xiàng)目。
內(nèi)容提要：
This paper studies optimal contracting under double moral hazard: the agent chooses effort, while the principal’s allocation of scarce monitoring attention is itself an unobservable action. In an infinite-horizon model where the principal can commit to compensation to varying degrees but cannot commit to monitoring, the optimal contract takes the form of an efficiency wage, namely a fixed wage with termination upon confirmed bad performance and all attention devoted to detecting bad performance, independent of compensation commitment. Granting even one-period commitment to monitoring restores performance pay and improves efficiency, linking the prevalence of fixed wages to limited commitment in monitoring.
本講座將探討雙邊道德風(fēng)險(xiǎn)下的最優(yōu)合約設(shè)計(jì)：代理人選擇努力水平，而委托人分配其稀缺監(jiān)督注意力的行為本身也是一種不可觀(guān)測(cè)的行動(dòng)。在委托人能不同程度承諾薪酬支付、但無(wú)法承諾監(jiān)督行為的無(wú)限期模型中，最優(yōu)合約呈現(xiàn)效率工資形式——即固定工資伴隨確認(rèn)不良表現(xiàn)后終止合約，且所有監(jiān)督注意力均集中于偵測(cè)不良表現(xiàn)，該結(jié)論不受薪酬承諾能力的影響。即使僅賦予一期監(jiān)督承諾，就能恢復(fù)績(jī)效薪酬并提升效率，從而將固定工資的普遍存在性與監(jiān)督領(lǐng)域有限承諾能力關(guān)聯(lián)起來(lái)。
